The National Gamekeepers Organisation (NGO) has issued a response following DEFRA’s consultation into the release of game birds in England’s Special Protection Areas (SPAs) and Special Areas of Conservation (SACs).
As the introduction of any new legislation in these areas could impact our clients, we would encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the consultation questionnaire which will help to inform DEFRA’s consultation process and any decisions that are made following this period.
The deadline for all consultation responses is 15th March 2021.
