Dispensary

Our dispensary stocks a wide range of products for all your medication, vaccine and general product needs. The dispensary is fully temperature controlled with air conditioning with both ambient monitoring and alarmed refrigeration control. This enables us to store all drugs and vaccines in optimal conditions at all times.

The practice holds a Veterinary Wholesale Licence that permits us to import drugs from outside the United Kingdom when products either become unavailable in the UK or there are no licensed products available for us to use. The imported drugs require a Special Import Certificate and these are applied for through the Veterinary Medicines Directorate.

On completion of all relevant paperwork medication may either be collected from one of our premises nearest to you or the staff will arrange for dispatch using a courier or cold chain system. Our online tracking system ensures we can always track the progress of your delivery.

All prescription only medication will be supplied to existing clients with the appropriate veterinary prescription. We can also dispense medication to clients under the care of other veterinary practices if they obtain a veterinary prescription from their vet.
