Dispensary Christmas and New Year Deliveries
To guarantee delivery before Christmas and New Year please place vaccine orders by 12pm on Friday 13th of December. Normal service will resume on Tuesday 2nd January.
From Friday 13th December, please expect some delays if you want next-day delivery.
These dates are dictated by our manufacturers as they are closed during this period and although we carry medication and have a small amount of vaccine in stock, we strongly advise you order in advance of this date to guarantee delivery before Christmas and New Year.
Our opening times for Head Office and Dispensary are as follows:
Christmas Eve: 8.30am until 12.30pm
Christmas Day: Closed
Boxing Day: Closed
Friday 27th: Open 8.30am until 5:00pm
Monday 30th: Open 8.30am until 5:00pm
Tuesday 31st: Open 8.30am until 12:30pm
Wednesday 1st January: Closed
Thursday 2nd January: Open as normal (except Scotland, when this is a bank holiday and will reopen as normal on Friday 3rd January)
An out of hours emergency service will be run by the vets during the periods we are closed. We can be contacted at any time by calling 01392 872932.
