After previously working in poultry with Liam for a number of years, Eileen joined St David’s Ireland in January 2009. Her main responsibilities would include the day to day running of the office, all purchase & sales ledgers and rearer vaccination programmes among other things. Eileen has three children, two of which are still quite young, so she spends all her spare time with them.
